Measure and photograph existing space and surrounding areas to ensure accuracy of current architectural plans SPACE PLANNING & DESIGN Study current traffic patterns and determine efficient paths of travel to maximize function and flow through the art of space planning CONCEPT BOARD PRESENTATION Schedule a meeting to present concepts and ideas through visual boards and finish samples FURNITURE, FIXTURE & FINISH OPTIONS Schedule a meeting to present and discuss different materials, furniture options, lead times and estimated cost SCHEDULING Organize a schedule for purchasing and ordering based on lead times to ensure all items arrive in a functional order and on-time PROCUREMENT & PURCHASING Provide detailed cost information per item and obtain signed approval prior to purchasing DELIVERY & INSTALLATION Arrange/manage deliveries and oversee installation of trades to ensure design intent and quality are maintained PUNCH LIST & REFINEMENT Walk through and review the space - areas needing further attention are noted and addressed in a timely manner COMPLETION & PHOTOGRAPHY Space prepared with accessories and lighting in preparation for professional photography |
